We're committed to caring for our teammates and their families’ physical, emotional, and financial health. Here are a few of the benefits BrightView offers:
Everyone is welcome at BrightView. We provide equal employment opportunities regardless of race, gender, age, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or history of justice involvement. Similarly, we expect our teams to provide affirming, people-first support for every patient and create judgment-free care environments.
Our skilled nurses are a vital part of each patient’s treatment team. You’ll support patients through every stage of outpatient recovery, building trust and delivering person-centered healthcare in a respectful, welcoming environment.
In this role, you’ll coordinate evidence-based care with medical and behavioral health teammates and help patients understand their treatment plan. Our treatment model combines medicine, counseling, and social support, so your clinical skills directly help people move forward in recovery.
Join BrightView’s medical team and help patients take meaningful steps toward recovery in a collaborative, compassionate setting. As a provider or nurse practitioner, you will evaluate new patients, start and adjust medications, and monitor progress throughout care.
Our integrated outpatient approach pairs evidence-based pharmacotherapy with counseling and recovery supports to help patients build stability and momentum in recovery. You’ll partner closely with nursing and behavioral health colleagues to deliver coordinated, effective addiction treatment care.
Behavioral health experts provide therapy that helps patients build skills and resilience during recovery. In this role, you’ll conduct individual and group therapy sessions and create and update treatment plans. You’ll teach coping strategies to help prevent a return to use and coordinate care with BrightView’s treatment teams. You’ll also help patients set goals and track progress over time.
In this deeply fulfilling work, you’ll see people gain stability, strengthen support systems, and take tangible next steps in life. BrightView also offers paths to grow your career, including team supervision and opportunities to advance your credentials.
Administrative and support teammates keep care moving. In these roles, you’ll help patients get started and stay on track by managing scheduling, front-desk check-in, coordination, records, and other key operations. You’ll partner closely with our treatment teams to solve problems quickly and remove barriers to care.
If you like organized work that makes a visible difference, our administrative and support jobs offer fulfilling career options. By keeping operations running smoothly, you’ll help people access care close to home, directly supporting our mission to deliver life-changing addiction care in the communities we serve.
At BrightView, we put patients first and meet each person with dignity and respect. Our teams create a welcoming, judgment-free space where patients can share their struggles openly and receive care that fits into their lives.
We speak plainly, listen closely, and collaborate across disciplines so treatment is clear and supportive from the first visit onward.
