Chad serves as BrightView’s Chief Executive Officer and is one of the founders. He an attorney and certified HIPAA security professional who has focused his career on healthcare operations, technology and compliance. Prior to joining BrightView, he co-founded a series of healthcare technology companies where he managed technical and professional service teams, oversaw business development and sales, and acted as the privacy officer. He serves on the Board of Advisors for the Northern Kentucky University, College of Health Informatics, where he teaches courses focused on the intersection of law and healthcare technology. Chad earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Akron, Master of Science in Health Informatics from Northern Kentucky University, and his Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University’s Chase College of Law.

Chief Nursing Officer at BrightView Health, Mandy Seymour brings over two decades in transformative healthcare leadership within major Midwest academic and community healthcare systems. Her extensive background across care specialties and organizational landscapes equips her with a unique expertise – enhancing the patient experience through operational and nursing excellence. Mandy is dedicated to serving the mental health and addiction patient population, excelling in conquering complex challenges, delivering patient-centric solutions, and reimagining the care of the patient. She thrives in assembling high-performing nursing teams and skillfully guides organizations through complexity, consistently achieving industry-leading results.
Mandy effectively identifies operational gaps and seizes opportunities within complex healthcare organizations, with a specific emphasis on supporting and advancing the nursing profession. As a passionate patient advocate, Mandy is committed to engaging, supporting, and inspiring teams to achieve top-tier results by connecting people, purpose, and practice.
In her leisure time, Mandy finds immense pleasure in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she resides with her family, including three children. Her leisure activities include lakeside pastimes like paddle-boarding, gardening, and taking her dogs for walks.

Brad serves as Brightview’s Vice President of Regulatory Affairs with responsibility for the Massachusetts, Maryland, and Arizona markets. He has been with BrightView since January of 2018 in both consulting and employee roles. Brad and the regulatory affairs team work to ensure that BrightView meets all regulatory licensing and accreditation requirements outlined by the applicable state and federal regulations. Brad is a Registered Nurse with more than 15 years of healthcare experience in direct care, training, management, and compliance/regulatory roles. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kentucky, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University. In his free time, he enjoys coaching youth sports, fishing, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Joshua Lenavitt is Brightview’s Vice President of Regulatory Affairs with responsibility for the Ohio, Kentucky, Virginia, Delaware, and North Carolina markets. He has been with BrightView since March of 2021. Joshua and the regulatory affairs team work to ensure that BrightView meets all regulatory licensing and accreditation requirements outlined by all applicable state and federal regulations. Joshua has more than 3 decades of healthcare experience in Operations, Training, Healthcare Compliance and Regulatory Affairs. Joshua served 22 ½ years in the United States Army, retiring in 2011 and has both a Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. Joshua and his wife Tracy have three sons and two grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities and sports activities as a spectator or participant.

Alex serves as BrightView’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. In this role he oversees recruiting efforts across all divisions at BrightView. Prior to his current role, Alex spent over 10 years developing and leading recruitment teams focused on healthcare and IT staffing. After making stops in Albuquerque, St. Louis, and Chicago, he returned to his hometown of Cincinnati and joined Brightview in 2021. Alex has a passion for building teams and supporting others in their professional development. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in International Business from Bowling Green State University. Alex lives on the west side of Cincinnati with his wife, Darbey, their two daughters, Hadley and Cecily, and the family French Bulldog, Floyd. In his free time, Alex enjoys reading, listening to live music, and supporting local sports teams.

Jane serves as BrightView’s Chief People Officer, focused on enabling BrightView’s growth strategy by unleashing the potential of its talent. Jane began her healthcare career over 20 years ago, initially in infectious disease research and eventually pursuing a career in physical therapy. Prior to BrightView, she spent over a decade with ATI Physical Therapy, where she advanced her career from staff clinician, to operations management, to enterprise transformation and eventually hu
man resources. In HR, she led human capital strategy and business alignment, communication and change management, clinical and leadership development, and talent acquisition and workforce planning. She facilitated the delivery of high-profile enterprise programs and projects to build and align culture in a fast-growing and changing organization.
Jane received her B.A. in Biology from Carleton College, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. With 40 other diverse, high-potential leaders, representing multidisciplinary and multinational organizations, Jane was chosen among her peers to participate in Advent International’s Leadership Academy, a selective leadership development program delivered in partnership with Harvard Business School Executive Education.
Jane lives outside of Chicago with her husband, 2 children and pup Harlow. They enjoy traveling, exploring the outdoors, and especially visiting the National Parks.

Ms. Seitz has extensive experience in healthcare compliance, state licensure and scope of practice for physicians and advance practice professionals, revenue cycle, clinician documentation, billing and coding, auditing, accreditation, HIPAA Privacy and Security, Patient Safety Organizations, risk management, Medicare/Medicaid advocacy, value based healthcare, and compliance investigations. She is an accomplished speaker, speaking most recently at the 2022 Society of Hospital Medicine Converge Conference.
Ms. Seitz lives in Ohio with her husband and has a daughter in high school and a son in college. She is also an elected trustee in the township in which she resides.

Joe is a Certified Public Accountant, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting. He also serves as a trusted advisor to several for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Ball State University has recognized him as a distinguished alumnus while the Indiana CPA Society has recognized his leadership in the CPA profession. Joe lives in Cincinnati with his wife and son.

Jake Holler is the Vice President of Operations in Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia for BrightView. A trained physical therapist, Jake spent 6 years working with ATI Physical Therapy as a Multi-Site clinical Director, Worker’s Compensation Lead for Baltimore City, Baltimore and Harford Counties, and Coordinator of Clinical Excellence for the state of Maryland. In these roles, he developed a passion for implementing best practices and research to improve quality of care and patient outcomes. After leaving ATI, he joined DaVita Kidney Care in Baltimore where he led significant expansion of the home dialysis service line and produced historically high outcomes for in-center dialysis patients in the Baltimore market. The opportunity to provide the same excellent service for patients with substance use disorder in Maryland and Delaware prompted him to join BrightView.
Jake earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Delaware where he created and implemented a peer support program for students that resulted in a poster presentation at the APTA’s 2014 NEXT Conference and has since been replicated at many of the nation’s top physical therapy programs. Jake has a proven track record of developing talent as evidenced by his role as a mentor to over a dozen clinicians and by elevating multiple leaders during his career. He was also recognized as a leader in clinical education by the University of Maryland.
A Pennsylvania native, Jake now lives in Maryland with his family.

Jena earned her degree in chemistry from Northern Kentucky University and is currently working towards her MBA at the Haile College of Business. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and mentoring both students and career driven individuals.
