Who We Are
BrightView is not your typical “drug rehab” program. In fact, when visiting our treatment center in Springfield, Ohio, you won’t hear us using the term “rehab program” at all. This is a comprehensive addiction treatment center that provides outpatient treatment and cares for patients battling drug or alcohol addiction. We take an evidence-based approach that is effective and incorporates medication for addiction treatment (MAT), with individual counseling, group therapy, social service support, and work on co-occurring disorders. Our caring team takes an individualized approach with each patient, meeting them wherever they are in their recovery journey. If you or a loved one are struggling with substance abuse such as opiate addiction, we avoid straight detox and prescribe buprenorphine, buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone), and naltrexone (Vivitrol). This treatment center does not prescribe methadone, but we have helped many patients transition off of methadone to another medication.
Our outpatient treatment program allows our staff to develop a unique treatment plan that is designed to work with patients’ daily life. This allows them to keep up with their commitments and individual needs. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, along with most forms of health insurance. We want anyone who is battling the disease of addiction to be able to seek treatment services. We have a caring staff who answer our phones 24-hour per day and our number is a toll-free phone number for your convenience. If you have questions about our treatment options, please give us a call.
We accept walk-ins on weekdays at all locations until 3:00 pm. Our Springfield treatment facility is located at 201 N. Yellow Springs Street across from Mercy Health-Springfield Regional Hospital. The closest intersection is W. N Street and N. Lannert Ave.
The staff at BrightView are always professional and compassionate. We work to create an accessible and welcoming environment through our recovery programs and provide both physical and emotional health services. Our team believes each patient deserves respect, positive reinforcement, and long-term wellness. If you are looking for a solution that is effective for both drug and alcohol treatment, you should take the first step and contact us today.
Medication Assisted TreatmentWe provide safe withdrawal medication and a management plan to help ease your physical cravings so you can focus on recovery. Common medications prescribed include buprenorphine, buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone), and naltrexone (Vivitrol). Addiction medicine research indicates that combining medication, individual counseling, group therapy, and social support provides the best chances for long-term recovery.
Individual CounselingOur individual counseling will help you make progress toward your goals and identify plans for healing and recovery. Our fully credentialed counselors are specially trained to help patients process challenging emotional experiences related to addiction including trauma, grief, anxiety, anger, guilt, shame, and others. Your dedicated individual therapist will work together with you in an understanding, collaborative manner to develop personalized treatment goals. This step ensures that your treatment timeline and intensity is matched to your unique history and needs. These are critical steps in overcoming the disease of addiction.
Group TherapyWe understand that the idea of group therapy may seem intimidating or overwhelming to some. Addiction impacts every area of a person’s life, including their relationships. So we encourage participation in group therapy to help you accomplish your goals and start feeling better faster. Our group counseling gives you time to share your thoughts and feelings about recovery in a supportive environment with others on a similar journey. Group participants heal relationally by asking questions and receiving encouraging feedback from others with similar experiences.
Case ManagementOur case managers can help minimize barriers with you to help you stay focused on recovery. Common support provided includes assistance with organizing transportation, housing, food stamps, employment, child support, Medicaid, even legal and/or court issues. Your Case Manager will assess your situation and advocate for you, coordinate your overall care, take care of any insurance issues, connect you to additional services as needed, and help you manage any crises that come up along the way.
Social SupportRecovery is more than just stopping substance use. We understand that it can be overwhelming to try to handle all of this yourself, so we’ll help you take it one step at a time by building a supportive community around you. We understand what you are going through. Recovery is challenging, and our team works hard to help minimize barriers and empower you to continue progressing on your journey of healing.
