Dan is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with supervision designation (LPCC-S) and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor with Clinical Supervision designation (LICDC-CS) with 17 years of experience working in the behavioral health field. Dan is passionate about the mental health field and offers skills and strategies for both mental health and substance abuse treatment. In Dan's current role at BrightView, he utilizes his experience to assist individuals to pursue independent license through the supervision relationship.

Mikaela Taylor, LMHC

Mikaela Taylor is a licensed clinical mental health counselor and is the State Behavioral Health Director. Mikaela has grown with BrightView and started during the company’s origin 5 years ago. Mikaela leads a team of regional behavioral health directors to invest in the individual growth of each of our Ohio therapists and champion quality care for our patients. Mikaela utilizes her expertise in Outpatient Addiction Treatment to engage our behavioral health team in prioritizing a growth mindset surrounding their professional development, teaching best practices, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality behavioral health supervision. Mikaela experiences regular interactions with patients and loves being able to be both on the frontlines as well as behind the scenes in orchestrating and implementing BrightView’s holistic approach to treatment. Mikaela lives in Cincinnati and in her free time loves to travel the globe with her husband, Josh and Australian Shepherd, Sherlock.

Rhonda Roper, LCSW, LISW

Rhonda serves as BrightView Health’s Vice President of Quality Operations. Prior to joining BrightView in 2020, Rhonda has over 18 years’ experience in behavioral healthcare. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in providing treatment, clinical supervision, training, and leadership in outpatient, inpatient and medication assisted treatment. Rhonda earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky and Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Georgetown College. Rhonda is passionate in the delivery of quality care for individuals with behavioral health needs and enjoys the opportunity to collaborate with teams in supporting this mission. Rhonda lives in Lexington, KY and in her free time, loves to travel with her husband and spend time outdoors.
