Insurance and Financial Options

Insurance should never stand in the way of getting care. At BrightView, it doesn’t. Our team verifies your benefits for you, so you don’t have to worry about the details. Simply share your policy and group numbers, and we’ll check deductibles, copays, and any authorization requirements. We’ll also let you know if your plan has visit limits or caps. From there, we handle claims directly with your insurance company so that you can focus on recovery.

Health insurance and payment overview

BrightView provides comprehensive outpatient addiction treatment. We have addiction treatment centers across the United States. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance plans. For patients without insurance, we offer a monthly self-pay option.

Asking for help is a big step. Worrying about cost shouldn’t make it harder. If your policy doesn’t cover a treatment plan, we’ll work with you to explore other options and connect you to the care you need. If you don't have insurance, we can help you apply.

Do you accept my health insurance?

BrightView partners with an extensive network of health insurance providers. Call us today to schedule an appointment, and our team can confirm your coverage based on your specific plan or provider.

Medicaid and Medicare accepted

Addiction is a disease, and paying for treatment should not be a barrier to getting better. BrightView accepts Medicaid and Medicare at all locations and many other insurance options. In fact, we accept more plans than any other treatment provider in our service areas.

If you think you may qualify for Medicaid but don’t yet have coverage, our care management team can help you apply.

Self-pay

You can still receive treatment even without insurance. Call 888.501.9865 for questions about self-pay rates. The center team on your first day can discuss payment options and connect you with resources to make care more affordable. Our team can also help you apply for Medicaid or explore other programs that may help cover the cost of treatment.

Financial assistance resources

We know managing the cost of care can be stressful. When needed, our staff works with patients to explore outside assistance programs. Current patients can also speak directly with their case manager for support.

Insurance or payment should never keep you from starting recovery. We’ll help you with the details so you can focus on your future.

Yes. Our team can guide you through the process of applying for coverage. We don’t favor one insurance provider over another; we focus on finding the best fit for you.
