Do you or someone you know rely on regularly attending meetings to sustain their recovery?  It isn’t a secret that requesting an entire nation to participate in social isolation can be a hazardous appeal, especially for someone in recovery.  However, with technology these days and the hundreds of ways humans communicate, it is incredibly easy to stay connected without physical contact.  If you depend on daily or weekly meetings to help you maintain your sobriety, please check out these five resources to connect with other virtual recovery groups and meetings.

  • SMART Recovery:  www.smartrecovery.org/community (virtual SMART Recovery meetings)
  • Dynamicare: www.dynamicare.com (offering a free recovery support meeting every day at 12 PM EST.)
  • SAMHSA: SAHMSA.gov (lots of helpful recovery resources, from virtual meetings to Reddit threads and other sites and message boards)
