Outdoors

  2. Bedford Reservation: Featuring a deep gorge that is declared a National Natural Landmark carved out by Tinker’s Creek, this park has beautiful waterfalls, vistas, trees, and wildflowers, and offers hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, picnic areas, and even golfing.
  3. Bradley Woods Reservation: Located in North Olmsted and Westlake, this reservation sits on a massive formation of Berea sandstone and is the only swamp forest in Cleveland Metroparks. This is a great location for hiking and fishing in the Bunns Lake.
  4. Huntington Reservation: Enjoy this beachfront park located in Bay Village on the shores of Lake Erie. Guests can enjoy the picnic areas and can swim, boat, paddle board, and sail.
  5. West Creek Watershed: This 469-acre reservation is home to a valley of gorges, forest-draped hillsides, floodplains and babbling brooks. Cyclists, hikers, birdwatchers, and picnickers are welcome.
  6. The Rainforest: Showcasing more than 10,000 plants and over 600 animals from the jungles of Asia, Africa, and the Americas, this zoo is filled with unique features and wildlife.
