To assist criminal justice professionals in managing cases, we offer automated monthly reporting with a completed Release of Information form and work with you to:

  • Collaborate to understand your reporting needs
  • Streamline channels for direct communication – you’ll work with the behavioral health supervisor
  • Provide toxicology reporting with key data points
  • Establish monthly follow up and feedback calls

You’ll work directly with the Operations Director or Behavioral Health Supervisor at your local center to ensure fast and accurate communication.

To ensure uninterrupted communication between BrightView and our criminal justice partners, make sure your patient selects the following information disclosures on their release of information form:

  • Name
  • Referral Information
  • Program Progress
  • Attendance Data
  • Lab Test Results

For ease of communication, each patient should have an executed 42 CFR Part 2 compliant release of information form on file.
